Whiplash Reforms: Where are they now?

Although the Government had wished to introduce the Whiplash Reform Programme in April 2020, it was recently announced that this will be delayed again until 1st August 2020. Despite progress being made, the Government has decided that more time is needed to ensure the Whiplash Reform Programme is fully ready for implementation.

Although the future of MedCo RTA claims is uncertain, we are continuing to prepare for their introduction this year whilst continuing to deliver the excellent service we’re renowned for.
