Our experienced team of Expert Liaison Administrators have an in-depth understanding of your specialism, the assessments, reports and treatments you may deliver and are there to provide assistance when you need them. We’ll also help you facilitate any other support you need from our other departments within the Supply function - from contract management and regulations, to performance, portals and clinic management. Whatever your query or need, we have a friendly team member and department ready to assist.
2. Access to convenient digital solutions
We’re constantly on the lookout for ways to help and support our experts. Technology plays a huge role in what we do here at Speed Medical which is why we’re always innovating and improving the tech we use.
Our online portals are no different and have been developed in conjunction with our panel members’ needs. Our Expert Portals provide centralised places for managing all your needs - including instructions, medical records, a simple and efficient way of submitting reports and uploading invoices, and a calendar to arrange your own appointments and manage your diary.
3. Our industry-first Clinical Advisory Board
As part of our real dedication to quality and excellence, we created our Clinical Advisory Board (CAB), which serves to not only promote clinical leadership but to provide vital support to all of our Expert Panel members.
Our Clinical Advisory Board is consulted on clinical matters, aiding decision-making and ensuring that experts have the processes, support and training they need to stay at the forefront of clinical delivery. They also carry out stringent clinical audits and reviews so with this powerful insight, we’re able to identify what truly works best for our Expert Panel while defining what needs improving.
Whether it’s concerning rehabilitation provision or one of our many medical reporting solutions, CAB members share their knowledge and expertise across clinical development projects and assist us with promoting the vision, values and culture of clinical governance, quality, safety and standards across the business.
