What happens following an accident or injury?
If someone is involved in an accident or sustains an injury that wasn’t their fault, they may decide to seek compensation to help support their recovery, offset loss of earnings, cover upfront expenses relating to the injury, and to compensate for any pain, suffering, or detrimental effect on quality of life. In order to do this, they will need a number of documents to support their case including medical assessments and medico legal reports, but this is only one part of the journey.

Our health services
A person’s recovery is at the forefront of every journey back to health, and while supporting the legal side of a customer’s case, we are also able to provide everything they need to aid their recovery – whether that’s diagnostics or surgery, rehabilitation, or mental health services.
Diagnostics & Surgical Procedures - from booking an initial investigation through to organising surgical procedures and post operative consultations, our experienced team are here to help and support every customer and client. We can arrange any treatment or surgical procedure recommendations and where required, provide a full breakdown of costs.
Physiotherapy and MSK services – Speed Medical will provide quick access to a physiotherapist with at least 5 years post-graduate experience who can commence treatment, within 5 miles of our customers’ preferred location.
For MSK cases, we also work with highly experienced chiropractors and osteopaths to provide the highest quality care and treatment for our customers.
Mental health services – we deliver over 10,000 psychological and psychiatric assessments and treatment sessions each year and we’re well versed in the co-ordination of mental health related services. Following assessment, treatment can be delivered either face to face or virtually by some of the most eminent experts in the UK who cover a wide range of specialisms.
