Complex, Serious Injury, Multi Track Cases
Our complex service covers large loss and includes claims above £25,000. These types of cases are often intricate with the claimant facing a life-altering injury. You will work with your own case handler meaning you’ll only ever have one point of contact regarding your case, making things as smooth and stress-free as possible for your client. Our staff members are fully trained to deal with cases that are typically sensitive in nature, while delivering the highest level of care and quality medical reporting.
Using Speed Medical’s clinical negligence service allows you and your team to focus on your core legal activities while we handle the medical reporting. We offer a full suite of services including fixed fee screening reports, fixed fee consultant screening reports, breach of duty reports, causation reports, condition and prognosis reports, and medical records collection and pagination.
You will be assigned a dedicated case handler who will be your single point of contact and will work with you throughout the entire process. You can also talk directly with your medical expert or our in-house lawyer to ask any questions you may have regarding your case.
