New Customers Confirm They Are More Than Happy With Speed Medical

We have just completed our most recent research with all new customers; which focused solely on service delivery and the ease of transferring to Speed Medical from another provider.

Once again, we are pleased to see that the results of this research are very positive. The research was undertaken with new solicitor firms that have begun working with Speed Medical in the last twelve months, in order to ascertain whether our clients are happy with the service that they have received and how easy the transaction from their previous supplier to Speed Medical really was. When asked whether Speed Medical were better than the firms previous reporting provider, 94.4% of customers said yes. Other highlights included:

• Over half of respondents scored us at least 8/10 for how happy they they are with the service received.

• 72% of respondents scored us at least 8/10 for how accurately we replicated their previous service.

• 72% of respondents scored us at least 8/10 for their overall experience of working with Speed Medical.

• 78% of respondents scored us at least 8/10 for how efficiently Speed Medical dealt with any communications.
