It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas - and we want your help spreading the Christmas cheer!
It’s the most wonderful time of the year - and we’re incredibly excited to be fundraising on behalf of Cash for Kids’ festive campaign, Mission Christmas! The fundraiser will be taking place across the country and we’ll be acting as a drop-off point for the North West, helping underprivileged children in our area have a better Christmas. What is Mission Christmas?
Sadly, 1 in 3 children are still living in poverty, which has inspired Cash for Kids to reach out and ask the public to help those less fortunate. Collaborating with Rock FM and other radio stations across the country, Mission Christmas works on a regional basis, providing disadvantaged children in each area with presents to open on Christmas morning.
Last Christmas, they raised an incredible £21.4 million, supporting more than 1 million children - and this year, to save [us] from tears, we’re hoping to help them exceed their target and reach even more children!
Want to get involved?
We want to make this the biggest and best Mission Christmas fundraiser to date, as well as make sure no child goes without a present on Christmas Day this year. That’s why we’re proud to act as a drop-off point for all of our customers, clients and friends.
There are two simple ways to help disadvantaged children in your area: you can either make a monetary donation here - or you can send a new, unwrapped toy to our office at Speed Medical, 16 Eaton Avenue, Chorley, PR7 7NA, by the 17th of December.
Help us spread the seasonal cheer
We’ve created festive videos featuring some of our valued customers rocking around the Christmas tree to help raise further awareness of Mission Christmas, and we’d like you to help us spread this important message by sharing the videos on social media.
